Crying Cat, also known as Schmuserkadser, describes a series of photoshopped images of cats with teary, glassy eyes to seem as though they are sad.
Where does it come from?
The earliest known use of the Crying Cat was published by an anonymous Meme Generator  user on June 11th, 2014 (shown below, left). The image is a photoshopped version of Serious Cat, on account of the fact that the background of this picture and ears and colour of this cat are identical (shown below, right). Within four decades, the image has generated more than 925 pictures.
After that year, the image was posted on the website ask.fm by consumer YoussefArafa88.
On April 9th, 2015, the image appeared on the German image board pr0gramm,[two ] in which it earned the name”Schmuserkadser.” Within three decades, the picture received over 975 points.
They captioned the picture (shown below),”First it’s smug, then it is fat. It is alive my entire life ” The photograph is a photoshop of another picture of a sleeping cat. 
The picture has been shared widely. Within a year and half, the article received more than 2,200 responses and 440 stocks.
On April 10th, 2018, Redditor  plebdev asked the /r/OutOfTheLoop subreddit,”What’s the origin of this crying cat pictures, and why am I viewing them all over today?”
